Inspiration

In describing the concept, ZHD co-Directors Maha Kutay and Woody Yao explain, ‘When developing the design we wanted to focus on the relationship to the wearer. There are several different ways to wear this concept, each seamlessly integrating with the contours of the body, in order to provide the greatest amount of flexibility for different occasions. Details such as a subtle contour in contrasting white or black leather, adds depth and dimension. The ‘braiding’ technique of the compartment provides a softer and less ridged component to the bag, which structurally celebrates the body.
